Retirement Plan Consulting
We partner with employers to design and maintain retirement plans for the needs of both the employers and participants. This includes annual plan design and investment option review, assistance with strategizing to improve employee engagement in the plan, and periodic vendor services and costs review.
We provide robust education to plan participants to help them effectively utilize their plan to work toward accomplishing their own retirement planning goals. This includes education on plan design and benefits, appropriate contribution rates and asset allocation, and utilization of the recordkeeper website.
